[condor-users] NEGOTIATOR_INTERVAL

Hello.

The client remains idle for some times after
a job has finished and before the next job is started.

So I set NEGOTIATOR_INTERVAL to be 1 second.
But NegotiatorLog shows

It seems that the value under 20 seconds is neglected, and 
that NEGOTIATOR_INTERVAL is set to be 20.
Can I set NEGOTIATOR_INTERVAL under 20 seconds?

Maybe the Condor System does not intend to execute so small job that take 
several seconds in executing...

I'm sorry for my poor English.
