[Gems-users] Load module error

I have trouble loading any module even though I followed all
the steps listed in the setup and the quick start.I have
listed the kind of error I get below. Any input will be
greatly helpful.

simics> load-module ruby
error installing ruby timing model.
Simics license checked in!

simics> load-module opal 
opal: No processors defined -- load a checkpoint first!
opal: Please restart simics and try again.
