Subject: | [Gems-users] Naked checkpoint creation error |
Hi, I am new to gems and simics and facing the problem in creating checkpoints using naked checkpoints scripts provided (I see exactly same problem reported in thread https://lists.cs.wisc.edu/archive/gems-users/2008-March/msg00149.shtml but didn't find any solution) . I am using gcc-3.4.6 and simics-2.2.19 as suggested in the forum. I couldn't find any solution for this in both simics or igems forum. Since many of you have faced the same problem, I hope to get some help on this. If we have to create the checkpoints directly from simics does it matter if we use 2.2.19 or 3.0.X? Thanks, Krish Below is the output on xterm and simics when I run the script (tried with both solaris 10 and express iso's): Xterm Window: : : fssnap0 is /pseudo/fssnap@0 pseudo-device: ramdisk1024 ramdisk1024 is /pseudo/ramdisk@1024 pseudo-device: winlock0 winlock0 is /pseudo/winlock@0 pseudo-device: llc10 llc10 is /pseudo/llc1@0 pseudo-device: lofi0 lofi0 is /pseudo/lofi@0 pseudo-device: fcp0 fcp0 is /pseudo/fcp@0 pseudo-device: fcsm0 fcsm0 is /pseudo/fcsm@0 pseudo-device: trapstat0 trapstat0 is /pseudo/trapstat@0 pseudo-device: pool0 pool0 is /pseudo/pool@0 pseudo-device: mem_cache0 mem_cache0 is /pseudo/mem_cache@0 pseudo-device: fcode0 fcode0 is /pseudo/fcode@0 Using RPC Bootparams for network configuration information.
