[Condor-users] condor_submit in v6.7.2

I have noticed that condor_submit will return an error "Proxy has
expired" if you have an outdated x509 grid proxy (anywhere in the
expected default proxy locations), even if you are only attempting to
submit vanilla jobs.
  
This forces me to re-initialize my grid proxy, even when I don't need
it, in order to be able to successfully submit vanilla jobs.

This does not happen in 6.6.7.

Is this by design?  It is quite confusing.
