Just to clarify, since 6.6.8, (and now in 6.7.6), condor_rm will remove 
dagman processes.

Philip is talking about a separate issue, which is that condor_dagman 
seems to complete and exit, yet it remains in the queue. I have 
confirmed this to be a bug, but only in the development series (6.7.x).
