globus is working well as command "globus-job-run"
executes without errors. and the output is 

[waris@Comtec3 vdt]$ globus-job-run
Comtec3.niit.edu.pk:33050:/O=Grid/OU=GlobusT
est/OU=simpleCA-comtec3.niit.edu.pk/OU=niit.edu.pk/CN=waris
/bin/date
Mon Oct 17 22:33:52 PKT 2005

but problem i still in condor_submit command.

This sounds like a problem with your Globus
installation. Do you get  
a similar error if you try to submit a job using
globus-job-run?
