Title: CondorView Server User (Job) Statistics

I've noticed with condorview that the graphs for jobsidle and jobsrunning don't seem to
reflect reality. I have attached a screen capture of a recent weeks stats.

A user queues 120 jobs, these start running at some stage and the blue graph reduces
as more are run. However the red jobsrunning graph doesn't start showing anything until
the blue jobsidle shows nothing, even though many jobs are already running.
(These jobs all run for ~ 5 hours each).

Is there any reason for this? We have 3 pools reporting to the one condorview server.
