This won't work right out of the box. Condor 6.6.x does not support
the 2.6 kernel unless you specify 
MEMORY = <whatever you've got> 
in the config file.

The master doesn't produce any output in normal operation. It forks and goes
into the background.

The condor_startd is exiting right away because of the memory issue. Upgrade to 6.7 or use
the MEMORY=value config file solution.
