Thank you a lot for your hint!

Maybe you know anyway, but I send you also my other, successful, way to
solve the problem...
In meantime I found out, -> when I send a job with queue x times then it
also sends to the i40s25, maybe only the first job is being processed on
i40s22. right! 
The other way is also over the ranking command, where I advice the pool
manager to send it to the preferred machine.

Rank = (machine ="...." || ....) and so on.

If you want i40s25 as the execution machine for this job you should give
in Requirement classAd like
FILESYSTEM_DOMAIN==i40s25.ipd.uni-karlsruhe.de otherwise it will be
matched to the first available node which is your central manager.
