Yes it is possible to do this.

The manual has some things for setting up multi-cpu systems. You will
probably want to define a START equation something like this:

START = (VM_MACHINE_ID == 1) || ( (VM_MACHINE_ID == 2) &&
(KeyBoardIdleTime > 15) && (CPUIdleTime > 15) )

Bearing in mind that you will need to look up the exact names, but
something like this should work.

We have a new Condor pool here - early days but trials are going well.

We also have quite a few Intel Core 2 Duo processor PCs, and I note that
Condor cleverly sets up two job streams for such; is it possible
(ideally via condor_config changes) to say one processor can be used
anytime but the other be on the normal "15mins idle + low CPU activity"?
