As long as Condor can access the files it needs to, it should work
fine. I've built a similar system some time ago. You can read about

Just out of curiosity, are you using a "commercial" (as in distributed
by some third party) terminal server, or did you build your own? I'm
always interested in knowing what's out there on this area.
