Hi,
   No, this is just a problem with condor_status -java not recognising
the machines in the pool unless they have java1.5,but it is good to know
that Vista apparently works ok. I guess we probably need to update the
central pool version to alleviate this problem.

I've been using jdk1.6.0_03 with no problems under Vista, using 7.1.0.
How
exactly does Condor fail for you under these conditions?  Are there
messages
in the Condor logs, or in the job log that might help debug the problem?
