Plus you could always create junction points to get controlled (and
human readable) names
This lets the admin control things without messing about renaming a directory.

Beware of this in 32/64 scenarios though. The automatic virtualization
of the "Program Files" -> "Program Files(x86)" won't happen (I'm not
sure how condor handles 64bit capable java vm's on windows though, I
don't use it personally)
