There is little of use in the Condor Logs, and all appears to be fine. The Windows Event Viewer identifies the errors, specifically for the Condor service owner. It has only been a problem on a handful of machines which have Condor installed, and before I roll it out across all the Labs.
As we were initially using an admin account which was also heavily used for manual updates, it immediately showed up as a major headache, i.e. this user was unable to login without first deleting its 'backup' temporary user profile. This has happened on a regular interval on all machines installed similarly (with Condor).
As stated, a different username has been used to remove this problem, with exactly the same outcome. The machines are currently still hibernating after 30 minutes, and therefore not a working condor infrastructure at present.

Any idea which daemon is the culprit?(Using Process Explorer)
Logs would also be helpful.
