[Condor-users] Allowing a hog to run free

I have a small pool, about 40 slots.  Under normal operations, any given user can use about half of the pool at any given time.  Any extra jobs get queued with the notice "## match but are serving users with better priority in the pool".  This is what we want most of the time.

I have a user who sometimes wants to use the entire pool, or at least as much of it as matches his requirements.  We are okay with this.  It is an important project and processing the data as quickly as possible is a Good Thing(tm).  What can I do to let his jobs hog the pool?  I've tried manipulating his user priority but I can't get his jobs to use more than about half the pool this way.

Suggestions appreciated.
