What is the value of the ALLOW_READ setting in your config file?

I have a new Condor server setup (first and only one at the moment) and I’m getting the following errors in my collectorlog. Nothing shows when I run condor_status. The server it’s running on is named condorwds01.internal.local and the IP is 192.168.87.124.
