HTCondor on Android is an interesting idea, but would be a big port.
There is BOINC on Android, it only runs when the device is 1) plugged in
2) the battery is more than 90% charged and 3) connected to wifi.

I should point out that in the current developer series of HTCondor, we are adding support for HTCondor to submit into BOINC (via grid universe, just like submission into globus or ec2 etc). The idea is to enable HTCondor workflows (DAGMan jobs or condor_job_router setups) that stitch together computing that happens on pools of local servers, pools of remote (cloud) servers, or pools of 'volunteer' servers (boinc).
