[HTCondor-users] Hooks

Dear Condor users,

I am interested in using the "hooks" to trigger a particular action when a job is submitted.
In the condor manual (section 4.4 hooks/prepare job)  it's explained how to use it. 

But the user has to tell condor in his submit file he wants to use a hook.
Is there a way to use particular hooks by default? If yes, would it be possible to have the link to the documentation please ?
