The configuration has been moving from single file  /etc/condor/condor_config to multiple  /etc/condor/config.d/NN-* files. 
The OSG 34 release dropped a new 00-osg_default_daemons.config file which overrides anything you might have in /etc/condor/condor_config.  The install guide expects you to create new files in the config.d directory to override this default. If you donât, you end up with a single node all-in-one cluster on each node. 
The new way, of course, is âbetterâ but clobbering existing configurations is not a pleasant surprise.
