[HTCondor-users] Hold reason: No condor_shadow installed that supports vanilla jobs on V6.3.3 or newer resources

Hi,

Our HTCondor-CE is putting all the new jobs on hold with:

Hold reason: No condor_shadow installed that supports vanilla jobs on V6.3.3 or newer resources

And effectively draining the pool.

After restarting the services jobs start normally.

Attempts to then release held jobs get the job in the same held state.

This happens only once every few weeks.
