	This probably means you didn't manage to authenticate as yourself 
to the remote schedd (assuming that ms-r1 was remote; otherwise you have 
a different problem).  Try running `condor_q -global -all`, as well.

but the best answer is that it really depends on what security you've got 
set up for the rest of the pool.
