[Condor-users] Job submitted from blocked port

I checked the log file of my job and it just says submitted from machine,port; 
the port in the file is blocked, I have specified LOWPORT nad HIGHPORT n my 
local config so shouldnt it be in this range.Sched daemon also keeps dying 
everytime
