I've got my own PhP/GTK Condor GUI which already handles the 3D tools i 
use most.
The main drawback of course is condor's method of distributing jobs is 
not geared towards 3D/2D animation such as the methods found in Spider, 
Rush & Race.

I do not know Java so i doubt i could be much of any help. But i hope to 
learn Java this year so i can translate our GUI in to Java...installing 
GTK-PhP on Fedora linux is getting harder and harder...and who knows 
when GTK2-PhP will be stable on Windows...sigh
