Hi Gen-Tao,

I'm working on a coLinux/Condor install myself.  I found someone who has 
done much of the work already and has written a few programs to allow 
the windows host to communicate it's keyboard/non-Condor processor usage 
to the Condor system (this should help solve your #2).  His page is: 
http://mindspawn.unl.edu/?page_id=17.  A caution though - his version 
requires 6.7.x as the way it is configured uses NAT instead of giving 
the Condor host a separate IP address which requires the GCB server 
which from what I understand works only with the development release.
