[Condor-users] Job submit delay after dagman job submission

Hi,

There is a constant ~10 second delay between the dagman job submission 
and the submission of the (dag) jobs.
I saw in the docs that there is a dagman_submit_delay attribute to 
control something like this but it should default to 0 seconds
and even if I explicitly set it to 0 in the scheduler's config I get the 
same delay.

Using 6.9.2 and WinXP.
