[Condor-users] Able to query Collector but unable with schedd ( web services)

Hi
 I am able to query Collector but unable query  Schedd  to get the 
JobAds through web services

my condor_config files have this values.

HOSTALLOW_READ = *, 10.201.*

HOSTALLOW_WRITE = *, 10.201.*

ENABLE_SOAP                     = TRUE
ENABLE_WEB_SERVER       = TRUE
WEB_ROOT_DIR                   = $(RELEASE_DIR)/web
ALLOW_SOAP                      =  10.201.42.196, 10.201.41.213, 
10.201.46.219,
QUEUE_ALL_USERS_TRUSTED = TRUE

SCHEDD_ARGS             = -p 9661

1) but when I make (HOSTALLOW_WRITE = * ) then it serving the HTTP 
request Properly.


2) I need this configuration (HOSTALLOW_WRITE = *, 10.201.*) because my 
executer nodes are in different subnet (192.111.*)  Central Manager are 
in ( 10.201.* ) subnet. so if  I remove 10.201.* the Collector is 
rejecting the STARTD_ ADs from 192.111.* but accepting MASTER_ADS.

condor version is 7.0.3

need some help in this
