[?????] means Condor tried to calculate an elapsed time and it came out
non-sensical. Either it didn't have enough information in the machine's
ClassAd to figure it out or what it calculated was non-sensical. You'll
often see this if the clocks on your machines aren't synchronized
leading to elapsed times that are negative. Check to make sure your
clocks are all being sync'ed to a central NTP server.
