Condor Team: is there a reason you didn't bundle these two DLLs with the
binaries? There seems to be a bunch of other support VC runtime library
stuff in the bin directory already (msvcirt.dll and msvcrt.dll):

Oversight or intentional?

I'm getting evil emails from IT support staff when I suggest we need to
deploy either SP3 or the VC9.0 runtime libraries on all our older WinXP
clients.
