	As far as I know, HTCondor is completely indifferent, and indeed 
doesn't actually know, which user or group IDs are used by its daemons on 
different machines.  The only reason it would ever matter is if you're 
using shared filesystems, either with REMOTE_FS or to share an HTCondor 
configuration directory, and in that case you've probably synchronized 
your UIDs and GUIDs anyway.
