Dear all,

I am trying to upgrade condor and htcondor-ce from 8.8 stable yum repository to 9.0
https://research.cs.wisc.edu/htcondor/repo/9.0/el7/release

I found new dependencies installed during this update.
In particular, blahp, condor-externals and condor-boinc packages are installed which was not installed previously (only condor, condor-classads, condor-external-libs, condor-procd was installed).

blahp which was part of condor-externals-8.8.13-1.el7 is now dependency of main condor-9.0.0-1.el7 package but empty package condor-externals-9.0.0-1.el7 do not have any dependencies

Were these new dependencies added on purpose?
