[condor-users] Tricks to Queue_super_user

I'm trying to add a user to the queue_super_users for administration of the condor queue.  Setting "Queue_Super_Users =  condor, system, username"  seems to do nothing? Are there other macro that need to be set?  Do I need to include the full user name (username@xxxxxxxxxx)?  Oh, I'm running condor on a windows2000 / server 2003 cluster.
