Re: [Condor-users] Condor View Help

Hey Junwei, so after mucking around for hours and hours trying to get condorview
installed here is where i'm at.. I've set everything up and my history directory
is getting filled, not all the files in it have entries but some of them do.

Now here is my problem.. I'm currently running FC3 and i'm trying to put the
condorview on the apache server.

These are the steps that i've done maybe you can tell me where i've screwed up..

I first unpacked the view-client to /var/www/html/ as root and after modifying
the make_stats script I ran: ./make_stats setup and nothing happened.

Then I tried moving it to some other directory and it created all the files it
needed, how weird!

I'm not all that familar with the apache webserver but /var/www/html is where
you "would" want to unpack everything right?

Any idea why it won't create its necessary files when i'm in that directory?

thanks

Danny
