I can't let the following go unsaid: By changing stick_cmpr, you're changing privileged state without the OS knowing about it. I don't know enough about Solaris to know if Solaris will freak out and die as a result. I would hope not. But it might. That is, I cannot guarantee it will work forever without eventual complication. Use at your own risk.
