could you not just put the condor files on a shared area (on the master server). then you would need minimual files on the client. just the confings and thats tell the system to look at the share. on both windows and linux there nothing stopping you running condor from a share. I want to look in to this myself, it will need some tweaks but as the master has to be on for the pool to run anyway. this seems a good place to host it all.
